A It is possible to overlay an existing roof, but we would need to carryout a pull-out or core test to make sure the roof deck is sound.

A Ponding occurs for a number of reasons and will not be solved by changing the roof cover only. Water ponding does not affect the performance of our products.

A Once the roof cover is removed the existing deck will assessed. If it is found to be waterlogged or not structurally sound then it will need to be replaced. This may alleviate ponding problems.

A A warm roof deck is constructed by fixing the insulation layer onto the structural timber deck this elevates the problem of condensation occurring in the roof void.

A Yes our roofing systems will take light foot traffic although if ladders are to be used it is recommended that the area is boarded out.

A No. There are various established methods to create watertight solutions around these areas.
