Established in 2007 Roof Technology has never used any subcontract labour.
When a new installation employee, joins our company they go through a period of induction (about a year) where they gain experience of installing our core products. After this they attend Sika & Danosa training courses on both single ply & liquid Membrane products.
Once the product installation courses are completed the installers can have their work assessed by the manufacturers field technicians (this is generally part of the enhanced Manufacturers guarantee schemes)
As part of our on-going training programs, our installers are encouraged to enrol on the NVQ Level 2 training courses. These courses involve the installer having their work assessed by a mentor over a period of months.
Peter Lucek
Managing Director
Peter Stared working in the single ply roofing industry in the late 1990s he was one of the early up takers of Sarnfil Roof Assured domestic installers scheme.
He started Roof Technology in 2007 with an ambition not to use subcontract labour, & to ensure that all installation staff are fully trained to install the products their working with. He believes that this ethos along with ensuring consistent quality installations is key to Roof Technology longevity & success.
Mike Bentley
Contracts Manger & Company Director
Mike Started with Roof Technology in 2012 as an installation assistant Progressing to installer, team leader, and to his current position of Contracts manager & Company Director.
Mikes invaluable depth of knowledge in installing our products on all types of different roofs means that you can be confident that he is likely to foresee problems that might occur during installation, & to come up with solutions. His vast experience helps our installers to problem solve in real time.
Emma Saunders
Accounts Manager & Company Director
Emma’s Personal Skills ensures that the administration of projects are carried out efficiently, from checking your order conformation, against the quotation, to invoicing, issuing guarantees & managing your reviews.
Emma is very approachable & will go out of her way to ensure that any questions you might have are answered, in a clear friendly manor.
Henry Leung
Senior Estimator
Henry Joined us in 2023. He comes with over 20 years’ experience in Estimating in flat roof waterproofing.
Henry proudly gained his Higher Diploma in Building Construction, from the City University of Hong Kong in 2001.
2 Years on, Henry achieved his Bachelor of Science (Hon) in construction management via the university of Wolverhampton, 2003

Senior Installer
Brandon has been with us Since 2018 he started as a laboring assistant, progressing, assistant installer, then to installer & team leader.

Sam Day
Installer
Sam has been with us since 2021 he started as a labouring assistant, progressing to assistant installer then onto becoming a very capable installer.
