Pre installation
- Carry out core & Pull out Tests
- Prepare specification for Sika Approval
Installation
- Remove & dispose of roof chipping.
- Remove & dispose of parapet lead.
- Pressure wash felt covering (this will act as a vapour barrier)
- Fix 150mm sika Therm G (Kingspan TR26)
- Lay separation fleece
- Fix sika Plan G1.5
- Create perimeter details including scuppers & parapet upstands
Once Roof is completed
- Carry out inspection with Sika Field technician
- Issue 20 year Sika Performance Guarantees.
