  • Remove & dispose of existing finished surface, roof cover, ply deck, & balustrade.
  • Remove & dispose of insulation within the roof void.
  • Lay insulation within roof void.
  • Create structure to receive balustrade supports.
  • Install 18mm OSB deck.
  • Lay separation fleece.
  • Fix Danopol HS1.5 waterproof membrane.
  • Create perimeter details.
  • Fix balustrade supports.
  • Install balustrade glass.

Once Roof is completed

  • Issue relevant Guarantees.
