EPDM RubberBond Roofing

Our EPDM roofing (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) is a synthetic rubber system that can be bonded onto a ply roof deck or directly onto insulation.  This type of rubber roofing system is generally referred to as (fully adhered). The finished surface colour is described as slate grey Almost Black. Joins are bonded together with contact adhesive. Pre formed edge trims are fixed with neoprene sealed screws.

Single Ply Roofing

Both our other single ply flat roofing systems we offer, are also sometimes referred to as rubber roof’s, these membranes have ultraviolet light stabilizers and flame retardant coatings.

The Sarnafil & Ruvtex systems we install, offer fully adhered & mechanically fix options, this enables Roof Technology to offer various solutions to a wide range of applications (flat roof’s, pitched roof’s, curved roof’s).

The standard roof finish is lead grey. These single ply systems can replicate traditional lead roofs, seamed metal roof’s, and can also accept green roof system. These membranes can also be be used for balcony waterproofing where a timber deck or tiled finish is required.

The preformed metal edge trims give a crisp stylish finish to the roof perimeters. & are generally a match for lead grey windows & doors that might be installed on a new build project.
