Each of the Danosa flat roof membranes (including Ruvitex) that we use are designed to fulfil the requirements of any flat roof application - whether your project is a new build or a refurbishment
Danopol HS membranes are a synthetic PVC plasticised membrane with a reinforced polyester net carrier. Designed specifically for flat roof waterproofing, they are U.V. resistant. They are manufactured in line with stringent demands of the EU, to provide the best protection for your property.
The membrane layers are installed with staggered overlaps. Joints & laps are welded with a hot air gun at temperatures of up to 500 degrees; this alleviates the need for naked flames or hot bitumen tubs that are common to other flat roofing products.
The Danosa flat roofing materials must be installed onto a sound base, using either 18mm OSB sterling board or ply (for a cold deck) or, if the specification requires a warm deck construction then a tissue or foil faced polyurethane insulation board can be used.
A synthetic PVC plasticised membrane, reinforced with a polyester net carrier, and a 300gr geotextile fleece backing. It has a 6cm overlap free of the geotextile on the right longitudinal side, allowing overlaying and welding to the adjacent sheet.
Specifically designed for roof applications only.
